The NAB-MALTA has published updated regulations RAB01 “Accreditation General Regulations”. This revision was necessary so as to provide further clarifications on specific accreditation tasks carried out during the accreditation cycle. The following sections were revised:
• Notification of Changes: Additional explanation on the processing of submitted Notification of Changes.
• Closure of findings: Further information clarifying the purpose of the additional rounds provided by the NAB-Malta for the clearance of findings.
• Criteria and timing for lifting of suspension (voluntary or involuntary) of accreditation: A list of activities to be carried out during the period of suspension is provided along with the granted timeframes set for the submission of information.
The new version of RAB01 will come into effect on the 25th of April 2022.
