It is the CAB’s responsibility to notify NAB-Malta of any changes that will either leave an impact on the quality management system or the scope of accreditation at the earliest.
Reasons for change can include the below:
- Change in Legal Entity/Ownership/Name
- Change to Key Personnel
- Change to Equipment (including software)
- Request for change to the accreditation scope
- Change to CAB location
- New/Change of use of the NAB-MALTA accreditation symbol or reference to accreditation
- Change to organisation chart and roles
